Who we are
Prêtik is a start-up based in Québec City, run by its two co-founders, Dimitar Malinov and David Napoleonov. To reach us: contact@pretik.ca.
Information we collect
The early access form collects your first name, last name, brokerage name, work email, number of brokers, the system you use, your optional message, the form’s language and the date of your consent. To limit abuse, we also compute a hashed fingerprint of your IP address: it stays temporarily in the server’s memory and is never stored. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
This information is used only to answer your request: to contact you about early access, schedule a demonstration and understand your needs. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Where it’s stored
Your request is not stored on the site. It is sent by email, through the Resend delivery service, to Prêtik’s mailbox (contact@pretik.ca), hosted by Google Workspace. These providers may process your information outside Québec, including in the United States. Only Prêtik’s co-founders have access to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request as long as it is useful to answer you and follow up on early access, and no longer than two years after our last exchange. It is then deleted from our mailbox, trash included.
Your rights (access, correction, withdrawal of consent)
You may at any time ask to access or correct your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the people in charge named below. We reply within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. If we make an important change, we will announce it on this page and, if we have your email, let you know directly.
