Security and privacy.

Your clients trust you with their most personal documents. Here is how Prêtik protects them.

Hosted in Canada, encrypted

The database and files are hosted in Montréal; links expire after five minutes. SIN and licence numbers: encrypted, masked, never in a PDF.

Every brokerage is isolated

A brokerage never sees another brokerage’s files. The rule is enforced by the database itself, not just by the application.

Access to files, your choice

The whole team, or each broker their own files and those shared with them. Management and compliance see everything. The database enforces it.

Roles and two-factor authentication

Five roles define what each person can do. Two-factor authentication is required for everyone, at every new sign-in and at least every 30 days.

The client portal

Before any upload, the borrower reads and accepts a privacy notice. Only the requested documents are collected, each checked by its actual content, not its name.

What the AI sees

An AI provider in the United States reads documents and emails. The lender note only cites your approved facts, without the client’s name. Ratios are calculated by the engine.

Your Outlook mailbox

Prêtik only imports your exchanges with your files’ borrowers. It changes or deletes nothing, and a reply goes out only after your click.

Retention, export and deletion

Five to ten years after the last activity (legal minimum: 5 years), then automatic deletion. Full export; permanent deletion of a file.
